I have booked room at Chandigarh station on 13/06/19 for 24 hours as source destination.my payment is done, but I don't have got any confirmation email or message to the subject.I have booked double bed room vide my pnr number, authentication is done but I don't have got any booking letter in my pnr number
Please refresh the page or refund the amount in a/c

I was trying to book ticket on 28 may and 30th may but the transaction were failed because I chosen book only confirm now my amount is debited till now no refund I got.
Transaction I'd is attached on attachment and the amount also.

I didn't get the amount till now and neither bank nor irctc taking responsibility for this refund.
