Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — cancellation amount not refunded

I had cancelled my e-ticket on 7th dec'2017 and the status of refund on irctc website is showing as "refunded" but the amount has not been credited to my bank account. I contacted my bank but they are denying of any such transaction.
