Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — cancellation fee too high | |||
I, shiladitya goswami recently booked four rail tickets of ₹100 each. Upon cancellation of those tickets ₹62 were charged (Each) as a cancellation policy. And remaining ₹38 were returned back to me. So what is the point of returning 30%of the amount when irctc is nearly taking more than 60©%. We common people can't afford to give 60% as cancellation charge. Was this information helpful? | |||
