I have cancelled the following ticket two weeks back, but the refund has not yet been credited to my bank a/c. PNR: [protected] Date Cancelled: 05-Mar-2017 Transaction ID: [protected] Settlement ID: [protected] dated 10-Mar-2017 Refund Amt: Rs 2320 IRCTC gives a very nonchalant reply that they have already processed and the refund should take 2 - 3 days (from 10 Mar 17), though already ten days have passed without result.
