Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — cancelled ticket refund is not being initiated yet to my bank account

I booked some tickets on irctc website and latter cancelled it, and the website states that the refund is done to payumpp on[protected]. But there is not refund yet credited to my bank account.
