We have booked ticked in tain no.12381 poorva exp. From mughal sarai to new delhi date 10/09/2017. But yesterday dt.9/9/2017 got a massage from irsmsa that this train has been cancelled due to circumstances inconvenience caused to psgns is deeply regretted. After got this massage we was very up set because of our urgent meting held on delhi 11/09/2017. When i go to check train status got it lot of train are cancelled so that we have do the alternate arrangement reach a delhi meting as 11/9/2017. Suddenly today morning i got a massage from irsmsa that cancelled train no. 12381 poorva exp. Re-schedule and leave from hwh at 17.10 hrs on 10/9/2017, Then we have check the chart preparation status and seen it has been not prepared then i have cancel my booking but cancellation refund amount only 50% of the booking amount from irctc. Which is not correct because after cancellation of train, anyone go to urgent he can not wait for re-scheduling of train, what we did. Still my entire booking amount was not refunded Which is wrong because the railways can punish the passenger for own mistake. So that i want my whole booking amount.
