Sir I have cancelled train ticket on 4 sept2018 but refund is not credited.I also complained in irctc they said that we have processed the refund on 5 sept 18 of Rs 1160 and with reference.i have attached the screen shot below.i have tried many times in customer care and send them mail but they asked try to resolve it from your bank.kindly check the attached file they have sent.IRCTC also provide rrn no.to track my refund. Why not Wating e-ticket is treated as journey ticket as it book on counter because the traveler does not know that he will be treated as without ticket and TC get fine from him it is injustice to traveler
Dear sir/mam...please check my transaction status three times I tried to book ticket for ANVT to RNC all 3 times 1505 rupees deducted but only one time money refunded yet. Dear sir ...please solve this problem I was trying to book train ticket on 24/10/2018 from ANVT to RNC in 3AC...after payment 1505 rupees ticket not booked and money deducted from my debit card via phone pe. I am still waiting to receive my deducted amount. Please help me to get back this amount.
