Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — cold and bad food

I am in duronto new delhi to howrah.
The food served is cold and not eatable. Please look into the matter. I told the person but they told due to cold he cannot replace the food. I returned few items and they told they will give me hot food. But no one responded and unfortunately i have to eat that food. Please look into the matter and resolve the promlem.

When trying to Register, i get the page to enter all the details, and once i click Submit nothing happens. I made sure that all the information that i have entered is correct and it shows green tick marks on all fields.
