I have given a request to de-activate my user id and release my pan from the irctc website on 23th january 2018, but still there is no action taken on it. I have written many emails to customer care of irctc and each time i get a new complaint number Jaysheel kunder hereby request you to please de-activate my user id talishman and want to get my pan ahppk6602g released from irctc. I have cancelled my booking and it is not yet refunded and I don't have any account on payumpp with trans id [protected] and it showing as refunded

Dear sir for your kind information i have booking ticket threw to paytm but no cash back in my paytm wallet plzz cashback in my wallet
Failed transaction amount not refunded and They are giving no response to my mail other than assigning me a new silly ticket id. Nor they are attending the phone calls.
