Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — deduction of ticket fare without ticket getting booked

I was trying to book a tatkal ticket from ahmedabad to vapi station of train karnavati 12934 scheduled on 28th oct 2017. The amount of rs 300 was deducted from my account but the ticket was not booked. The amount has still not been refunded.
