I had attempted to book two 3AC tickets, the transaction failed but the amount Rs2600/- was debited from my UPI account [protected]@upi by [protected]@axisbank on[protected]. I had been writing to IRCTC for a week but received no response other than a reference number. The transaction number is IRCTC transaction ID: [protected] and UPI transaction ID :[protected].
