Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Delay in refund of online cancellation of e - ticket | |||||
On 15.8.2016, i online cancelled pnr [protected], its refund not yet credited in my bank a/c. Irctc claim to have issued refund instructions to its payment gateway. Further, irctc not interested to look into this issue, where and how refund is still missing in network of irctc?? I have repeatedly contacted helpdesk - customer care irctc online & every time they say that refund claim has been sent to its payment gateway. I m senior citizen. Pl help me & to ensure credit of refund in my a/c soonest. Was this information helpful? | |||||
