Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — delay of train-tdr filed-no refund yet

I booked two tickets for 3 passengers for travelling on 31.8.2017 from trivandrum to kannur and kozhikkode. The pnr no. Of the same is [protected]&[protected] and the cancellation id is [protected]&[protected]. Since the train was delayed around 17 hours, we filed tdr. But refund of the amount is not made yet. Request to get the same expeditiously

Have not yet received the refund amount of tickets cancelled on 9th Nov, 2017.

Under bank column it is showing as PAYUMPP.
Kindly solve my query as soon as possible.

Sir,
i had my booking ticket through IRCTC, but some reason my booked ticket was canceled.But Not got refund amount of canceled ticket till now against PNR:[protected]
so, kindly request you to please resolved the same.

I tried talk to customer care.

I'm Gnana prakash booked a ticket in 12864(train) express . And I have got no place to stand in reservation compartments even though I booked my ticket. More over I haven't seen TC In coach.

I have a username as kdbros in irctc a/c i forgot passward of the same kindly recover the same as i have been booked train ticket through makemytrip and they require irctc login and my amount has been debited from my account
