Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — demand of profile update in the website, but bugs in the software | |||
Hello Sir / Madam, I have an IRCTC online account to book tickets. Yesterday when I tried to book a new ticket, I was redirected to update the profile. When I attempt to update the profile, it has many bugs, the email id and phone numbers are long time existing ones in the account but they are asked to re-enter. And it then demands to enter the OTP for both fields, when we enter the OTP correctly it still says that the OTPs are in correct. This problem is happening since yesterday 31st Jan 2018.
