Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — due to any issue on irctc site booked ticket twice on same passenger name. | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, Greeting of the day!!! Just few hour ago, I booked the train ticket in TATKAL from Gandhidham to Jaipur, After payment done, IRCTC page has been time out automatically therefore I checked the Booked history to know the status of ticket as Payment has been deducted from Account. There was no any history of ticket. I also checked Failed Transaction history and Last Transaction Details but there was also no any history of failed transaction and last transaction on today date. So I again booked ticket, this time I got confirmation of booked ticket after payment done on IRCTC page but not received any SMS of ticket details. After some time I got two SMS of two booked ticket. Hence I would like to request you to please cancel the ticket and refund the amount. Details of ticket are given below: Transaction ID - [protected] PNR Number - [protected] Please find some attachments for your reference. As you can see in the attachment that still seat berth not allotted while current seal availability is showing 244 same screen shot is attached also. There was some technical issue on IRCTC site for which booked ticket was not showing in book history. This was bound to me to book another ticket Second time booked ticket details are given on which i have to journey.
