I travel in amritsar express in 3 rd ac.I put the bag safe below the seat b2/34 at night on 04/03/2018.in the morning when i reached, i see my bag has been damaged by mouse (Cost of bag is rs 4000) and other food items also cuts. What the hell is this the presence of mouse in ac. Please solve my issue as soon as possible.

sir, resolve this so others will never be disappointed with indian railway. we spend so much hard money for comfortable journey. this kind of response felt us swindler.
