We booked a ticket from Jammu to Ambala for mid of Sep'17 but the train was late by More than. 3 hours. We have to reach on time next day so we cancelled the ticket and file TDR at the same time.
We had trouble in travelling to Ambala from Jammu as the ticket was not available on the spot.
It has been 2 months but there is no update on refund from Indian Railways even after sending couple of emails.
