Hi, Kindly let me know the status of my two transactions made on 24th feb-18 bearing amount 6130.20x2 = 12260.40 as transations has been debited from my card but ticket was not book. Even after 7 days the amount has not been received. no one is still responding after more than 10 days same has been raised by email at [protected]@irctc.co.in.
