Dear Sir / Madam,

I tried to booked Tatkal tickets from Palanpur Junction to Borivali, but transaction got failed Transaction ID [protected] and again i tried to book the same, and now i got the confirm Tatkal tickets Transaction Id: [protected], .

After 30 minutes i got the confirmation that your transaction id [protected] has been booked has been confirm.

So here i want my failed transaction refund. I spoke with customer care they says that this i confirm ticket we can't refund the same.
