Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — failed transaction two times | |||||
While booking tickets on 23/0618, two times transactions failed. Rs8500/-x2 have been debited from my bank account but tickets could not be booked stating failed transactions. My tarnsaction ids are: [protected] & [protected] So the total amount of Rs17000/- should be refunded to my account soon. Why this is happening? I did not have such experience before. IRCTC should resolve this problem soon so that I can book the tickets. Since the booking has been failed for two times now I am scared to try again because money is debited from my account.
