Dear sir, Today i. E. 08/01/19, i am traveling in train no 12535 having pnr no.[protected]. When i ordered for lunch the pantry vendor charged for lunch more than proscribe by irctc. And food quality was also not as per standard. I hope necessary action taken by irctc and resolve this type of issues.
