Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — I am complaining about my money is not completely refunded after ticket canceled.

On 10th January 2018 I booked ticket for Journey from Kolkata to NJP which PNR NO is [protected]. Later I booked return ticket on on 14th Jan 2018 which PNR no is [protected]. Both ticket I partially canceled on 9th Feb 2018. Among them I received only refund amount of PNR NO [protected] and transaction id is [protected] but did not receive any amount for PNR NO [protected] transactiion id is [protected]. It is showing status refunded to bank PAYUMPP. What the hell is PAYUMPP ? I never paid through this. So help me to return back my money.
