Hello sir, I have booked a ticket from chennai central to tiruppur for the journey on 16 november 2018. With transaction id [protected] using irctc account name: vigneshviya, booked on 11 november 2018. The amount rupees 170 was debited from by bank account but the ticket was not booked and marked as failed transactions but my money was debited and credited on your account as per the statement for bank.
