Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — i'm complaining about the poor quality of the pillows given in the railways.

I was traveling in the train ypr yeshwantpuram belgaum express (Train no. 06581) from yeshwantpur to hubballi. The quality of the pillows given is very horrible. The pillows have stains of something and some patterns made from pen. The photos of the above said things have been attached with this. Even after asking repeatedly, these pillows were not replaced. The railway department should take action against it. Kindly represent my appeal in the consumer court.
