Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — insurance by shriram general insurance

Dear sir,
I have book ticket online, selected the insurance option.
After booking rail ticket, i get email from shriram general insuranc which include link to update nominee. But on opening of that link, it shows invalid link.

So how can customer get insurance in case of accident under clause of not updation of nominee. Pls respond.
