I Purchased 1 Ticket online for CBE TO MAS BY 12674 CHERAN EXPRESS ON 07 aug 2018 .I used my DEBIT CARD OF AXIS BANK .INFO; PUR/IRCTC APIN/NEWDELHI/SEQ NO[protected], [AS PER SMS received in my mobile NO [protected]], but I found neither any ticket nor any booking history.Simply Rs 1940 is debited in my account.

Dear Sir/ Madam,
I have forgot my userID and password of IRCTC site and I have deleted welcome email which I had received post registration.
Neither I'm able to do a new registration nor I have access to my existing IRCTC account.
Kindly help me in this matter.
