I am in need to cancel the ticket but the booked ticket is not showing in "Booking History" and also in "Cancel Ticket" Option.

I tried to book ticket on 13/12/2017 .Ticket wasn't book and there is deduction in my bank account for ticket of ₹911.I waited for 7days but I didn't received refund. I want refund for my ticket which is not booked.
