Dear Sir/Madam,
I had booked the 4 tickets from SEG to NGP, journey date 25 Aug 2023, but the train was continuously late for more than 4 hours. I filed the TDR on the same day 25 Aug 2023 17:43 HRS. The status of TDR shows CR Repudiate. I was waiting for the train but the train got late, so I filled the TDR. Please help me with this ASAP. As per the rule, the total amount of tickets should be refunded if the train gets late more than 3 hours.
