[Resolved] Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — irctc user account profile updation problems and cannot book tickets from past one month | |||
I am using irctc personal user account from so many years. I have valid profile with verified mail id and verified mobile number. I am able to book tickets from so many years. Suddenly, 20 days back when i opened my account to book a ticket it has shown "please update your profile to book tickets". I was shocked by seeing that as my profile is up to date with mobile and mail id verified by irctc. Now what is this. Anyhow i went to my profile to update the details if any required, i was surprised that my mail id is missing there and my mobile number is missing. So i have entered my mail id and i have received the otp on my mail for verification. But when i enter the otp i received and click on "submit otp" it says "mail verification gets failed". Then, i have tried verifying my mobile number, i have entered it and received otp on my mobile and now it says same thing like mail "mobile verification gets failed". I am unable to use the account for ticket booking or else i am unable to register for new user also. Why is this irctc disturbing the profiles? And making user not able to book tickets. I have complained regarding this issue to irctc by mailing them. But no response received even after 3 days. Till now from past 20 days i am unable to book ticket and unable to update mail and mobile details as well. Irctc request you to resolve the issue asap. Was this information helpful? | |||
