Hi, on 20th of December 2017, I was trying to book my ticket through irctc website using the one97 communication gateway. Once I finished the process, they mentioned ticket is booked but I didn’t get any message or email of the ticket but did get the deduction text. I had to book again, this time I tried the net banking and it was successful. I feel like I was cheated, this is online fraud. I am waiting for your guidance and immediate response.
