Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — issues with tatkal ticket booking | |
I am very regular user of irctc app. I have booked tatkal tickets huge number of times without any issue. But from recently, while booking the tatkal ticket, the money is deducted from the bank (I received message from bank) and after that it shows "bank rejected the payment and try another option". I have tried 2 times today and both the times i got the same problem. 2 times money is deducted and the ticket is not booked.. This is the second time i am facing the issue in last one month. I request the authorities to kindly look into it as this is causing a huge inconvenience, in both losing the money and ticket not booked causing our plans shattered. Request for action into it.
