Dear sir/madam,

I have cancelled a ticket with pnr number as [protected].

During cancellation it was shown that the refund amount is rs. 6325.00

However i have received a refund amount of rs. 5000.00 only on 14.08.2017.

The screenshots of both the cancelled ticket (Indicating the refund amount in it) as well as my account statement (Indicating the actual refund amount i got into my account) are attached herewith for your ready reference.

You are requested to look into the matter and arrange for refund of balance amount of rs. 1325 against the cancelled ticket for the pnr number mentioned above

I have a failed transaction while booking ticket on IRCTC.But I have not received refund of money till now.My account on IRCTC showing status as Refunded.My Bank name also showing wrong as HDFC instead of Axis.Please assist.
