Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Less refund credited | |||||
I have got less amount of money as refund against PNR [protected], Transaction ID -[protected], DOJ- 12.05.2017 by NDLS- DDN Janshatabdi, Train No10255. I got refund as Rs 240/- whereas I have paid Rs 420/-. Ticcket was not confirmed and remained in W/L. But irctc is not listening to my mail call and all the time they are sending some id numbers which does not follow any action. Please aprise them to take some positive action in this regard.
