Dear team, I have called to irctc customer care at 2:48 pm dated 13 aug 2017 regarding not refunding of my cancellation ticket money. I have spoken to officer there has been 3-4 days completed but the amount not reversed.. I insist that i have urgent money problem kindly take the request regarding the same. But the officer mr amit kumar clearly says that this your problem not our. I again says kindly transfer my call to your senior supervisor, but the whole call has been finished and there was no response provided.
