Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Missed Train due to wrong date mentioned in my ticket | |||||
We have booked below mentioned train from Nellore( NLR ) to KrishnaRajaPuram( KJM ) Train : BBS BNC SUP EXP Train No: 12845 From Station: NLR To Station: KJM PNR: [protected] Booking Date: 30-Aug-2016 Boarding Date: 31-Oct-2016. The SMS we received and the "print ticket" option in irctc has shown the scheduled departure is on 31-Oct-2016. But it did not show the time of departure. So, we have no clue about the train arrival and departure timings. since the date of journey is on 31-Oct-2016, I have checked the "Find Train schedule" option in IRCTC under "enquiry" tab. The schedule showed that the train will arrive Nellore( NLR ) station at 23:52 and departures at 23:53. so, with the information that I have, it is more obvious that the train will arrive at 23:52 on 31-Oct-2016. Hence, we reached NLR station on the 31-Oct-2016 and we came to know that the station has left NLR on 30-Oct-2016. Since the information provided for us from IRCTC is not correct. I am requesting IRCTC team to kindly revert back the amount that we have paid. I have attached the ticket with this complaint. Thank you & have a great day. Was this information helpful? | |||||
