Sir, I used upi transaction through paytm for recharging r wallet o[censored]ts mobile app (Under irctc) on 25th november 2018. But at first and second attempt money is not credited to my r wallet. Later bank statement shows money debited twice 100x2 rs.200. Money debited from bank account twice but it is not credited in r wallet for two transaction.
