On 4/9/17 three times deducted rs.17310, 17310 & 15624 against my three attempts to book 6 rajdhani exp ticket from sealdah to new delhi. Each time received message from irctc that "amount will be refunded as your ticket could not be booked / service not rendered." but, not yet received my money.
