Dear sir,

I have booked tatkal ticket (Pnr -[protected]) on 24-05-17 for 2 passengers from nagpur (Ngp) to mumbai (Cstm).

1. Pravin naik
2. Abhishek ballabh

We have received tickets in waiting list

At the time of chart preparing one passenger ticket has been confirmed & another passenger was in under waiting. But irctc has not done refund amount of one passenger.

But still i have not received refund amount from irctc.

Please do the needful.
