My ticket on irctc official website has been cancelled and the status shows the money has been refunded but has not been credited to my account through which the ticket was booked. The refundable amount was supposed to be ₹1830.00 Transaction id. [protected] Transaction date. 21 nov, 2017 Cancellation id.
