I have booked 3ac tatkal ticket on 23rd november 2017 to travel on 24th november from kalyan jn (Kyn) to vijayawada jn (Bza) on konark express (11019). But the transaction got failed due to choice of confirm berths not met but money of rs.1, 710 got deducted. It's been more than 10 days but money still not refunded into my account. Please look into this.
