Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — money not refunded yet | |
My booking transaction id : [protected] I tried to book my ticket on 14 may 2019 from train no. 12420 (Gomti express) but it failed and my money of rs. 565.49 got deducted and haven't refunded to me yet. I talked to customer care of irctc and they told me to wait for 1 week but the time passed and my money didn't refunded then they told me to talk to my bank customer care. Therefore i talked to my bank (Allahabad bank) customer care they gave me a complaint no. I. E (Albcare97390) and time of about 2 weeks and again time passed and my money didn't refunded, then they told me that irctc hadn't transferred money to my bank so i have to talk to irctc customer care again, hence i talked to irctc customer care again on 17 june 2019 and he told me that irctc hadn't received my money and it had been in the hands of payment gateway and also told me to mail here. Please refund my money as quickly as possible. I am a student and have not much money to buy my books. Was this information helpful? | |
