Hello team, I made 2 reservation for the same train for the same number of passengers however i have been charged differential amounts. below are the details. Trans id [protected] – ltt to sec – rs 4456 (4 passengers including 2 sr ctz) Trans id [protected] – sec to ltt – 5931 (4 passengers including 2 sr ctz) Can someone explain & help with the refund on the higher amount charged I also filed a complain with irctc & the complain # provided is [irctc #4247026] Was this information helpful? | |||||
