Money not refund in my account yet. Please give me my money.. As soon as possible. I had already an mail but not doing anything. There are 13 days to failed transaction.
One transaction showing the status is refunded but money not come in my account.
I booked two tickets but transaction failed both times. Please refund my both ticket's money as soon as possible. You can see my transaction statement or details by pdf.
