Sir i booked train seat on 03 september 2017 and my money was deducted by online train seat booking site irctc but actually the sea was not booked. Then i waited a month for refund but no money was refunded in my account. I complaint many times but i always get reply that my money was refunded. The amount of my money was 550 rupees.
