Sir i have booked tickets on december month in which few tickets where in waiting list bt on journey date it was comfermed.. Now i want that tickets to claim ltc on departmental basis... So i want the comfirmed ticket massege on my registered phone number... My transection id..[protected].. Pnr..[protected] and another transaction id..[protected]and pnr..[protected]... Plz accept my request

I was trying to book tatkal ticket for 3 February 2018 from bvi to rani booking fail but amount 530 have been deducted from account

booking date 3rd February 2018
but no refund yet its been 5 days since booking so please refund
