Sir, I have booked my ticket on 17.06.2018 through irctc. I have not received the refund for failed transaction even after three weeks.I had used the paytm payment gateway & Bank of Baroda debit card for payment.My ransaction no. is [protected] regarding this transaction & amount of Rs.880 is debited from my bank account.
