I booked a ticket on irctc.co.in.

The transaction is gone missing from my account on the website. The website shows no records found.
I need to cancel this ticket/change boarding point.

I sent an email to both [protected]@irctc.co.in, [protected]@irctc.co.in, and also called the helplines for irctc.

I did not receive any help or response from either sources. The helpline person suggested that she cannot help me with this.

Can you please help me firstly to either cancel this ticket before the journey date of october 22nd?

Secondly, can you please check why the helpline/customer care is so irresponsive.

I have registered two tatkal tickets on 10/10/2017 that amount are rs. 3320. The tickets registration are failed because of sheet unavailablity .And amount are deducted from my debit card .Amount is not refund by irctc
