I booked a ticket on irctc.co.in. The transaction is gone missing from my account on the website. The website shows no records found. I need to cancel this ticket/change boarding point. I sent an email to both [protected]@irctc.co.in, [protected]@irctc.co.in, and also called the helplines for irctc. I did not receive any help or response from either sources. The helpline person suggested that she cannot help me with this. Pnr no: [protected] Train no. & name: 19301/yeshvantpur exp Transaction id: [protected] Can you please help me firstly to either cancel this ticket before the journey date of october 22nd?
