Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — no ticket booked no sms received payment debited from credit card

I booked two train tickets from hazrat nizamuddin to bina by bhopal express for 14.3.2019 in 2nd a. C. Class on 20 nov 2018 using irctc.co.in website in same coach lower berths. The payment was deducted from my credit card. Message on the web page showed ' not in the same coach'. No further information has been received from irctc on my email or by sms. My transaction or booked hidtory cannot be found any where on irctc pages. Please let me know the status of my booking. Thanks.
