Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — non receipt of cancelled e-ticket refund | |
Dear sir, I had booked return e-tickets, using my debit card for to & from from chennai to bengaluru and cancelled the same before 48 hours of scheduled departure of the train of both the journey. The tickets were cancelled on 26/07/2017. My a/c was not credited with refund amount even after lapse of almost two months, which is simply unacceptable. The details are as below. 1) pnr [protected] and cancellation id is [protected] 2) pnr [protected] and cancellation id is [protected] I had already raised issue vide e-mail to [protected]@irctc.co.in on 13/08/2017 and 23/09/2017. But so far no reply or no refund is made to my a/c Concerned authorities may kindly look into the issue and get my refund money of cancelled e-ticket, to my a/c immediately.
