Dear sir I had booked my ticket on 09.09.17 and my account was debited by rs 7150. bearing the id number [protected] and another ticket on 11.09.17 rs 780 against a booking amount of Rs 1350 bearing the id number [protected]. the system is showing that the amount is refunded as the status but to my dismay I have not received a single penny. kindly look into my grievance and unravel my issue
